Reservation
Process
When
you are ready to make your reservations it is simple contact
us:
Please keep in mind the following:
- You have 18 month to complete your travel.
- You may request any dates for travel.
- In order to ensure your vacation request we ask that you
give us a minimum of 30 days advance notice (60 days
during peak/holiday). Requests under these times will be subject
to a priority booking fee.
- Please be prepared to pay any reservation fee due when you
book your dates.
- Your reservation is based on ypur accompanying receipt and
is valid only for the destination purchased.
- It is possible to change locations, however, certain restrictions,
fees, and/or qualifications may apply.
- Once confirmed you will receive via E-mail, fax, and/or
mail a confirmation letter providing the check- in details.
- We will make multiple reservations for you at one time.
- Please be prepared to provide the following information
when calling to make a reservation:
- Names of all travelers.
- Age of all travelers.
- Domestic status.
- Check-in dates.
- E-mail or fax number
